Congratulations to our team, who alongside the Dementia team were runners up in the Celebrating Success awards 2017 for the resources we have created for dementia patients and their carers. As you can see we came back with a certificate and trophy and everyone had a great time at the awards ceremony. Well done to all involved and watch this space for 2018!
