NHS Knowledge Mobilisation Framework (KMF)
The NHS KMF is a toolkit designed to help all NHS staff develop skills to understand and share knowledge and lessons learned in their teams and wider organisations. It is particularly good for things that you know well but struggle to put into words or explain to others.
The KMF helps you to learn before, during, and after everything that you do, so that best practice is spread widely and pitfalls can be avoided. There are thirteen techniques in the KMF. These techniques help you understand what you already do well and what you can do better, and ways to share your learning with others.
The KMF has two key resources:
· eLearning, available via the e-LfH Hub and ESR (access through the course catalogue on the My Learning page)
· Postcards with brief instructions
